Information for Students

PCR is happy to run requests from students for cast and crew. Read the following details carefully before submitting, to ensure your copy is accepted for publication.

SPECIAL OFFER!!

Drama and film students (and recent graduates) can try out PCR for FREE! We are offering you the opportunity to have full access to our website for two weeks at no cost, where you can create your own profile, view the latest cast and crew breakdowns, apply for auditions/jobs and much more! You will also receive two free print issues of PCR, with no obligation to continue with your subscription – though we're confident that PCR will become an essential part of your professional life. To take advantage of this special offer, ring the subscription office on 01843 860 885. Please note that this offer applies to new subscribers only.

  • The deadline for student submissions is 5:00 pm Wednesday in order to be in the following Monday's edition.  However, the earlier you get your copy in the better, as during busy times we may reach our quota for student submissions before the deadline.
  • Be sure to include the following information:  title of the film; brief synopsis; cast breakdown; names of producers/directors; which film school you are from; shooting dates and locations; what you are giving the actors (payment/expenses/copy of the film).
  • You can request submissions by email, but you must also include a postal address as not all actors are able to send their details by email.
  • Always include a telephone number (we do not print this) in case we need to contact you.  We are unable to run copy for submissions without a phone number.
  • Do not send scripts or treatment - try to keep your submission to one page.

Our preferred method for receiving copy is by email  (info@pcrnewsletter.com).  It is advised that you ring the office after sending your submission to confirm that we have received it. If neither option is available to you, submissions can be posted to:
PCR Editorial, P.O. Box 11, London, N1 7JZ
